We start by making your cake fresh to order using locally sourced ingredients, then we really get to work. Through the use of buttercream and fondant we are to create just about anything in cake form, to create a unique cake experience.
Close your eyes and imagine your loved one’s face lighting up with joy when you set down a true work of art made especially for them, and with six children of our own...

Sledding Snowman
We made this cake as a giveaway during Christmas 2020, and we had full creative freedom. We love the simplicity of the shimmering sugar on the buttercream snowhill, and the adorable snowman out for a ride.

Mario vs Bowser Castle
In the first month that Ed and I were dating, he made a Super Mario birthday cake for Jenny’s 6th birthday. I think that the first seeds of Rebel Crumb were born in his mind with that cake. And when a customer called to request this cake, Ed was as excited as she was! We love how this turned out, from the edible gold coins, Piranha Plant and Bowser’s snarl.

The Chicken Cake
If you grew up with the Muppet Show like we did, this chicken should look familiar! Just looking at this makes us smile. And if chickens aren’t your thing, we can adapt this idea to almost any animal.

The Rainbow Unicorn
We can make a version of this in any flavour and size. We’ve done giant towers with 6 rainbow cake layers waiting inside, and 6” baby unicorns perfect for a family celebration.

Gold Leaf Fault Line
This one is sparkly and elegant. In this colour scheme it looks like a sea of stars across a galaxy, but make it your own with any combination of colours and sprinkles.
Enchantment Under The Sea ~ Sunken Treasure
Delicious buttercream in shades of teal, blue, purple and pink set the mood for this adorable cake. Whimsical starfish guard a sunken chest full of chocolate coins, gumball pearls and candy rings.
